Sustainable High Performance For Individuals Teams Leaders Organisations

Helping clients build the energised and engaged culture needed to support healthy and sustainable high performance at individual, team and leadership levels.

Pressure felt as stress can lead to burnout, and long before that can be the enemy of healthy high performance. Pressure from multiple sources is a part of everyday life, but with the right tools and approaches it can be harnessed to produce personal and team growth, creativity, and engagement.

+ Global FMCG: Tracking Energy Depletion

How energised are our teams?
Knowing that Covid will continue to disrupt employee health and performance for months ahead, one of our Global FMCG clients asked us to design and deliver a practical, manager-led process to quantify and bolster team energy in these difficult times. Every manager now has access to a simple toolkit that delivers confidential feedback to team members as well as facilitating important dialogue about how well the team feels they are deploying and recovering their collective energy, as well as what they can do together to protect wellbeing and performance in the months to come.

+ UK FMCG: Supporting 'At Risk' Individuals

Workload pressures, rapid and regular change and a lack of certainty are observable features of the modern workplace, even before the pandemic. The impact that these factors have on individual employees is much less easy to see. This was troubling a stretched MOH department that we work with, as they know people in distress are often reluctant to seek help. They needed a way to confidentially connect those struggling with their mental health to qualified help and support available to them. We customised one of our low-cost tools and developed a bespoke personal profile that helps the employee reflect on how they are feeling and directs them to the help their scores suggest would be most beneficial.

+UK Wide Defence Engineering: Leading for Wellbeing

The relationship between employee wellbeing and style of leadership is generally well understood, but one particular client wanted us to work with their leadership teams to make it much more specific. Over several months we have been developing their leader’s ability to create a culture for energy, engagement and performance, looking at areas such as personal bravery, strength of character, coping styles and psychological safety. These managers’ report they are now more inspired, confident and knowledgeable about leading for wellbeing, as well as being able to provide the right support and signposting when life events threaten to overwhelm.

Our consulting methodology.

We take the time at all stakeholder levels – individuals, teams and leadership – to understand the shape of the concern, practical and philosophical objectives and the constraints that must be worked with, before we propose and implement an approach that will facilitate success. If it suits the client, we like to incorporate some degree of measurement into the work to baseline, benchmark and evaluate progress.

About stress risk assessment and diagnostics.

"If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there". So goes the famously paraphrased exchange between the white rabbit and Alice. This is never truer than when considering the complex relationship between humans, environmental pressures and performance. Our diagnostic tools enable individuals, teams and leaders to quickly assess risks, identify areas for development and, crucially, identify what is working well for them so they know to keep doing it.

What clients say:

How much would that be worth to you?

“We used Team Agility with a number of teams in a UK based global insurance company.  The workshops went extremely well with the teams identifying some key actions to take forward and increase productivity.  Three months after the workshops we reviewed the outputs and the results achieved in implementing the changes.  In the words of one member of the senior leadership team: “by implementing one simple change from the programme, concentrating our efforts better and focusing on key clients, my team have increased profits by £30,000 in the last quarter.”

A simple change and a powerful breakthrough

“I am one of the participants in yesterday’s Resilience training and just wanted to express my thanks for offering this great programme! The topic and the different elements as such are (in a way) so obvious but being confronted and dealing with them in a chunked way was extremely helpful. In addition, Vicky was a great speaker and instructor and really motivated me to make a change in my lifestyle and pursue the path of change on the long run, seriously intending that this resolution will be put into practice. I’m very much looking forward to the online course now as well as the follow up course in a couple of months!”

Motivating individuals to make a change

“I found Vicky to be an excellent coach; very able to adapt her style and approach to suit the individual needs of her client, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to others. Not only did Vicky’s coaching provide me with some new leadership tools it also challenged me to explore new horizons. I also have experience of working with Vicky in a large team setting to host a full day summit. Vicky facilitated this event with great skill and helped the team to achieve the goals we had set out. I look forward to working with Vicky again in the future”
