This Committee shall consider strategies, promotions and required budgets needed to enhance membership growth in the Coalition. Government Affairs. This Committee shall be composed of 9 Voting Members and will concern itself with reacting to proposals, monitoring and advancing reforms, plus promulgating rules, regulations and statutes that advance the members' welfare and business conditions. Grievance Committee. This Committee is delegated the authority to handle all complaints, expulsions and fines related to the membership. Communications Committee.
