Warwickshire County Council want to find out from parents, carers and guardians who live in the county what they think about their local Children and Family Centres' offer.

We want to hear about what parents/carers/guardians of 0-19 year olds (and 0-25 year olds where a younger member of the family in that age group has special/additional needs and disabilities) think…

·        Lapsed/past users of the Centres
·        Non-users of the Centres
·        Future parents/expectant parents

The outcomes of the survey below will be an essential part of an independent review of the county’s Children and Family Centres.
