Permanent closure of the counter service

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a counter service at our new location which, alongside reduced customer demand, means we have now permanently closed this service. Please do not travel to our new address, simply call or email us instead:

How do I pay my premiums now the counter service has closed?

Whilst customers are no longer able to pay their premiums by cash, please be assured you can pay by cheque through the post or, alternatively, you may find it easier to pay by Direct Debit.

To pay by cheque, please make it payable to ‘Sovereign Health and Insurance Services Ltd’, or ‘SHISL’ for ease. Remember to include your payment card with your cheque and simply post them to us.

Paying by Direct Debit means we will automatically take your payment each month from your nominated bank account, so you don’t need to worry about a payment being forgotten or lost in the post, and it also allows you to spread the cost of your Sovereign cover over the year.

To switch to Direct Debit, simply complete this form and return it to us. Alternatively, if you would like a form posting out to you, call us on 01274 841130. If you would like to make a claim and you don’t have a claim form you can request one by either:

  • Downloading one here
  • Calling us on 01274 841 130 and we’ll be happy to pop one in the post for you.
  • Emailing help@sovereignhealthcare.co.uk, please remember to include your policy number, name and address on your email
  • Alternatively, you can submit your claim online in our customer area. Please ensure you have registered for the online customer area before attempting to log in. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Register now’ button on the log in page
