What makes us different?

Deep, focused Microsoft technical expertise

We make thoughtful, long term investments in exceptional people to ensure that our customers are given the best advice by experts in their field.

We only work with Microsoft solutions, so our consultants are able to focus entirely on these technology areas and everyone is encouraged to take the Microsoft exams that apply to their specialist areas.

Our historic set of ten Gold and five Silver competencies indicates our seriousness when it comes to technical excellence.

Big enough for the enterprise, small enough to care

We’re not a large company but we do punch above our weight and we really care about what we are doing.

Our customers range from 100 users up to 40,000+ user enterprises and our solution deliveries reflect the wide range of requirements that you might expect from organisations and businesses within these two extremes.

Consultancy continuity

All our professional services team members are full time employees, half of whom have been with us for over 10 years.

We don’t use contractors because we want to ensure the quality of our work and the continuity of our post-implementation support, two things that are difficult to guarantee with contractors.

Collaborative working

We promote a partnership approach with our customers as we wish to work with organisations like yours for the long term, for project after project. We want to be seen as part of the team, not simply as a provider.

Our commitment to this approach is demonstrated by the fact that a significant number of our customers have been with us for 15 to 25 years or more.

Going above and beyond

We all know that information technology is not perfect.  Sometimes it breaks or doesn’t quite work as you’d want.  Our support team is skilled at helping our customers resolve their issues but, occasionally, we might have to go above and beyond to get a critical service back online.  On many occasions our team has worked into the night or at weekends to help a customer get their broken system back up and running.

The right solution for the requirements

Although it is less relevant in cloud environments, our general approach has always been to provide solutions that meet our customers’ requirements but that are not unnecessarily overengineered.

From a functionality point of view, and where possible, we promote the benefits of native functionality over third party add-ons, and native functionality over customisation (such as when developing SharePoint solutions).

Taking responsibility for delivery

If we’re working on a project, we take the responsibility to make it happen.  If it’s a consultant-led mini-project, the consultant will make sure that the project is completed satisfactorily. If it’s a larger project, our project manager, working with your in-house PM or project lead, will take the responsibility to deliver the project within the framework and timescales agreed at the point of initiation.

Professional Adoption & Change Management consultancy

With cloud services being dynamic and constantly updated, it can be difficult for organisations and businesses to keep up with the changes, not to mention being able to maximise the value of the products that have been purchased.

By offering adoption and change management consultancy, we can help you to empower your employees and provide them with the knowledge they need to use the available tools effectively and boost productivity.

Cloud and on-premises capabilities

With consultants experienced in the cloud productivity & collaboration capabilities of Microsoft 365, the datacentre and applications services of Azure, the business process solutions of Power Platform, and the legacy on-premises solutions, we are the one-stop provider that can help you navigate your digital transformation, cross-platform project or individual Microsoft solution requirements.

Custom solutions

Our experienced team of developers and Azure consultants have a wide range of full-stack development capabilities that allows them to craft custom solutions ranging from script automations to fully custom-developed applications and everything in between.
