Saudi Arabia’s bedrock of megaprojects and the national increasing investment opportunities despite the consequent fluctuations in market conditions attest that infrastructure development is one of the main Kingdom’s priorities for the Saudi economic diversification.
The Saudi government has recently made large investments intended to boost the country’s non-oil sectors including the infrastructure sector. The Kingdom has engaged heavy investments in healthcare, education, and infrastructure projects. Saudi Arabia presents various opportunities in infrastructure including green infrastructure, the creation and restoration of rail networks and roadways. The potential of the residential housing sector is another area that could present opportunities for construction equipment and materials.
