We are looking to recruit a Resident Boarding Assistant for one of our Senior boarding houses. The role is responsible for supporting the Boarding Houseparent in all matters relating to the pastoral welfare of the pupils in their care. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of residential community life in a caring environment.  They will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be organised and flexible.  This is a non-teaching role, but the successful candidate will be required to get involved in a pupil-facing role during the school day. 

This opportunity provides real insight into working in an Independent School, with the aim of developing skills and experience to potentially pursue this as a chosen career.
