greetings, family! i'm so glad we found each other. our journies were meant to collide in this very moment and i am grateful that we both accept the exchange of energy. i have recently begun a journey of reclaiming my life, doing the things that bring me joy and heal a lifetime of untruths i allowed myself to believe. i hope that documenting my journey encourages others to do the same. i believe the personal is political, and that we must be aware and in control of our thoughts, beliefs about what is possible, and how we view ourselves and each other in order transform institutions and systems.&nbsp; my interests include studying the mind, people, music, food, the spiritual world, and the natural world. not in any formal sense, just through observations of myself, the world and people around me, and following my intuition and trusting that it will lead me to the knowledge i need at any moment. on this page i will share some of my journey and my art. i am learning the guitar and using it as a tool of self expression and record videos of the original songs and covers that inspire me; the knowledge i am processing on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health; the healing properties of food and the growing, foraging, and preparation practices i've learned. i hope the content resonates with you so you can navigate your own lessons freely and with ease, or that you are able to store the information in your mind, body, and spirit until it is needed to tap into. i hope to engage with you all and grow together, so that we can usher in a transformed world starting with ourselves.&nbsp; be easy, ruth
