Salary will depend on experience but is highly competitive.

Duties will include maintaining kitchen hygiene at all times, washing dishes and cutlery using the dishwasher, mopping floors, emptying bins, keeping still room area clean and tidy at all times, assisting with any other duties as directed by the Chef.
We are looking for people who are hard working, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team. Shifts will be discussed at interview but are normally around 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm or split shifts ie 7am-11am, 6pm-10pm and working weekends.
£10.90 per hour for 18 years + 

We have an exciting opportunity available for someone to join as a Restaurant Supervisor in our Torrish Restaurant at Ness Walk Hotel.

Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
– You’ll be crucial in supporting our Torrish Restaurant, comfortable with all areas and skill sets, to running a private dinner or leading a breakfast service
– Working closely with our Restaurant Manager, taking great pride in playing host to our guests.
– You intuitively manage your area of our operation, anticipating, and fulfilling the expectations of our guests; always warm, thoughtful, professional, and well groomed, you’ll play a key part in ensuring luxury service.
– Engaging, motivating, and inspiring a strong and passionate team, you’ll ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service and are equally spell-bound by the magic and theatre of the experiences they create; you’ll be nurturing and developing talent ensuring that your passion and expertise are lived through others
– Developing strong relations with our Culinary team, you’ll work together to demonstrate that shared passion, clear communication, and living our values.
– You will be instilling a culture of continuous development and innovation, identifying new ways to surprise and delight your guests and your people
– Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

Who we are looking for
– Excellent, positive leadership skills and be able to deliver an excellent dining experience.
– Hands on role therefore must be able to lead, motivate a team thus being able to take direction.
– Must have 4/5 star experience .
– Genuine passion and an excellent knowledge of fine dining food and wines.
– You have supervisory/management, team leading experience in Food and Beverage at a venue such as a restaurant or quality hotel.
– Experience Essential in a similar role.

– You’ll consistently ensure the highest standards of service, drinks preparation and bar organisation, always exceeding our guests’ expectations.
– You’ll bring a dynamic, warm and friendly service to our bars; from preparing wines and cocktails to pouring tea and coffee.
– You’ll be delivering efficient service of drinks, providing a warm and memorable experience for all our guests.
– Assist guests with sharing your knowledge of classic cocktails, wines and spirits.
– You’ll be meticulous in preparing drinks; accurately measuring, following recipes and making sure they’re presented immaculately.
– Maintaining a clean and well-organised bar area, including preparing fresh ingredients for service.
– You’ll bring your creativity and contribute to the development of new drinks and offerings .

We are looking for a friendly Reception Supervisor to join our small Reception Team .
We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach.
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service with our Guests.
When Guests arrive at Ness Walk we require a Highland Welcome by our Concierge and Reception Team.
Whilst they are staying with us our Team are on hand to provide them with excellent, friendly and attentive service.
You are enthusiastic and enjoy meeting new people. A ‘can do ‘attitude.
To succeed within the role you must have previous experience of working within a luxury, quality Hotel as a Receptionist or Supervisor. You must have excellent knowledge of a Front Office System. The Front Office System we use is Reslynx .
You will be required to work 5 days from 7. Shifts are 7am-3.30pm and 3pm-11.30pm (approximately) there are some middle shifts 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm depending on our levels of business.
