“ Sam and Holly are truly amazing. The depth of knowledge and understanding of all things Ayurvedic and Herbal is incredible.

Their willingness to share the information and the charismatic manner in which Sam engages his participants is lovely.

I’ve learnt so much doing courses which include foraging, herbal tutor sessions each month, Herbal Diploma and the absolutely life changing Ayurvedic Mentor. The learning just keeps going on and on!!

Holly the recipes are superb, wholesome and nutritious. Sam you are a natural born teacher. Keep up the good work. Heartfelt thanks to you both for all that you do.”
