I'm fortunate to get a lot of (very direct :-)) feedback from all of you on how we can build a great jobseeker experience. One theme that has been consistent in the past 2 years is that finding opportunities aligned with your values have becoming increasingly important. And we've seen this in our data - job postings that mention values receive nearly three times more views(!). And to that end, I’m excited to share new tools our team has been working on to help job seekers find opportunities based on what they value in their careers - whether this is career growth and learning or environment sustainability - by better understanding and searching for a company's commitments - and Top Companies hiring and offering growth opportunities. This is cool. I’d seen the commitments on company pages so it’s a great move to roll out searching for those in the job search.
Rohan Rajiv yes, there's long term value and short term needs. It's important also to enable personalised job application now with the help of LLM (large language model) so that the individual has put as comprehensive information about one's life instead of having to make alot of tweaks to each job application. Keep going!
Finding a company that truly shares your values will take time and research so you definitely want to be patient, persistent, and proactive in your job search, but one of the best recommendations I can give anyone is don't be afraid to ask tough questions during the interview process and ask questions that are important to you so that you can ensure that the company and people are aligned with your own.
