Our commitment to warming up the cold chain for ice cream further intensifies! As described in earlier posts, we co-create novel ice creams by increasing the temperature, whilst ensuring the same consumer experience. The first phase showed so much breakthrough potential that we continue with the majority of the university teams also for the final early prototyping phase. This phase raises the bar further and we are in great co-creation partnership with #Hokkaido #Coimbra #CAU (China Agricultural University) #Yildiz #Thessaly #Lublin #Lund #UPB (Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia) and continued facilitation by iKNOW-WHO. Our Global and Regional Innovation Centers in Europe, Asia and Latin America support all teams in prototyping for acceleration of these much needed breakthroughs that matter for our Planet.
