Stakeholder Management: Everything starts and progressed with how well the stakeholder management is done. It is important to understand the PPT (People, process and technology) convergence to make operations a sustainable and efficient function along with all the other areas highlighted in the article.

Prioritisation of any kind of investments will always start with business goals and vision. If the gap analysis has been done keeping into the business goals and vision as the eventual outcome then the prioritisation of investment should not be an additional task. Rather the next step should be execution analysis and gaps to identify what does it take for the existing investments made to be completely galvanised before additional investments are made.
