Are businesses doing enough to create LGBTI+-inclusive workplaces? A year ago, Out@In, the LGBT+ employee resource group at LinkedIn, invited me for an hour-long virtual “fireside chat” to present the work we are doing at the OECD-OCDE to foster LGBTI+ inclusion in our member countries and beyond (see http://oe.cd/lgbti).  On the occasion of #PrideMonth2022, Out@In has produced a series of 3 short videos to share the highlights of this event. The first episode reveals that anti-LGBTI+ discrimination in the labour market is still pervasive.  Stay tuned for the next two episodes on why this needs to change and how! A BIG thank to Out@In and its members (Ioana Erhan, Lionel Pereira, Franck Bonhomme, etc.) for their invitation and the inspiring discussion we had together, and to Cyril Nehmé (talented filmmaker) and Siwa Echtay (copywriter) for creating these videos.  #LGBT #homophobia #transphobia #discrimination #inclusion #diversity #oecd
