A new study in Npj Computational Materials, introduces a simpler way to analyze complex data from material science experiments. Using a special artificial intelligence (AI) method, researchers from imec and KU Leuven were able to accurately evaluate detailed information from multiple test setups. The AI approach was tested on data from Rutherford backscattering spectrometry (RBS) experiments. It proved more reliable and less prone to errors than traditional methods, even with challenging data.
