Planning Performance Framework
Every year we submit a Planning Performance Framework (PPF) to the Scottish Government which sets out how we have performed against a series of agreed categories.
This also includes our Service Improvement Plan, which sets out some key projects designed to improve the service we provide.
The Scottish Government provides detailed quarterly performance statistics for every planning authority in Scotland and you can monitor our performance on their website.
