Skanska is partnering with Helpr to connect you with care consultants and provide employees with up to 80 hours of subsidized care with a low hourly copay.
Helpr registration overview guide
In-Home Backup Care:
Upload a Care Provider: Add a friend, family member, or other backup care provider to the Helpr app. They’ll be paid their full hourly rate by Helpr and the app shows your low hourly copay. Available for child and adult backup care. Restrictions apply.
Helpr Network: Request in-home, backup childcare with extensively vetted childcare professionals. Copay is $5/hour for Helpr Network sitters in service areas.
Online Tutoring with Helpr Online:
Get online 1:1 tutoring, college prep, and extracurricular sessions. Ages 6 months old through high school. Prices range from $15-$60 per session.
Find More Care with Core Care:
Talk with a Helpr Care Consultant to get help finding long-term primary care, including caregivers and care centers. No copay. Available for child and adult care.
Center Care and More:
Connect with our backup daycare partners.
Upload a daycare or program receipt and get money back from your benefits.
When the cost of your care or support services is subsidized by Skanska, the Skanska-paid portion is considered taxable income. Contact your local HR representative with any questions.
Helpr Network sitter blackout dates include the following holidays and associated weekends: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.

Teachrs build 1-hour custom lessons based on specified learning objectives. We offer lessons in both academic and extracurricular subjects.

Academic support for students of all ages. These 45 minute sessions are great for assistance with completing assignments, or studying for tests.

Engage your child in 1:1 social time with a helpr. Read, draw, dance, or share a special hobby together. Our helprs are ready to hang! Option to invite a friend!
