Cancellations & Refunds
PLEASE NOTE:
If you need to cancel your race for whatever reason we offer the following options:
- You may transfer your place to another runner up to 3 weeks prior to the event. This is done yourself via the SI entries system. NB: This option is only available once the race is full, therefore may not be appropriate on the longer ultras as these do not fill up and there may not be another runner who is trained up, so bear this in mind.
- You may transfer your place to the following year’s event up to 3 weeks prior to the race. Please email us to let us know if you wish this to happen
- You may not transfer to another race within the same year
- All entries close 3 weeks prior to the event because we need to order t shirts, medals and trophies in advance. Also, we need to give your medical information to our medical officer.
*You may only defer your place once and will need to pay any price increase*
After the 3 week deadline we will have ordered everything relating to your entry and there will be no exceptions.
