Streamline ISQM 1 quality management with qm.x

You can install qm.x through Microsoft Azure Marketplace and activate it with a key from Grant Thornton. First, contact qm.x@us.gt.com to discuss the terms of use, complete your contract and receive your activation key. Then, download and install qm.x (Microsoft Azure environment and Marketplace subscription required).

Because qm.x is a hosted application that resides in the customer’s environment, Grant Thornton does not have access to any of the customer’s data. The only data transferred to Grant Thornton will be the license key.  qm.x data is stored in your Azure SQL database instance and is encrypted at rest by default. Key Vault is used to store keys for connecting to the database and services. All API communications are protected via SSL. No passwords are exposed outside of Azure Key Vault.

The license fee includes unlimited user access. Users are authenticated through the customer’s Azure Active Directory and permissions are managed via the qm.x allow list.

When you receive a license key, you will also receive a link to access to self-serve training (user and configuration guides supported by videos and other training assets) and full coverage for basic support issues 24 hours a day Monday through Friday, as well as implementation support and answers to frequently asked questions. The qm.x app also contains a link to the same training, support and FAQs accessible to any licensed qm.x user.
