Details

UK National Lists are lists of varieties of the main agricultural and vegetable species which are eligible for certification and marketing in the United Kingdom.

This form should be completed to apply for an agricultural or vegetable plant variety to be added to the list. Please read the guidance notes included at the end of the form.

When making an application, the following must be submitted:

  • a completed application form
  • a completed technical questionnaire for the particular species
  • a completed technical technical questionnaire (if applicable)
  • the application fee
