Charity Cricket Match in aid of Hope House

It’s 10 years this September that we received the devastating news that our baby boy, Harri, had sadly died when Diane was 7 months pregnant. Our world was rocked as was that of our 4 year old son, Steffan.

However, having turned to the fantastic Hope House hospice for support and counselling, the three of us began to rebuild our fragile emotions, then our lives.

Out of this tragic event came an opportunity to raise much needed funds. In 2014 the first Flintshire teachers vs Pontblyddyn CC 11 game was played, raising over £2000. From 2014 until the pandemic hit, the event raised approximately £10000 in total.

We are pleased to announce that the event will return to Pontblyddyn CC on Sunday 23rd July, commencing at 1.30pm. There will be a bbq and the bar will be open, along with stalls, and an auction.
