The training will cover two distinct topics:

• Radicalisation through online gaming

This session will consider the context, exploring gaming terminology and culture, and the opportunities afforded for radicalisation. It will look at the nature of gaming communities and audiences, which enables targeted messages for extremist purposes, as well as the way in which terrorism and violence is gamified.

Why conspiracy theories matter, exploring QAnon and conspiracy theories in general as well as the impact these have on communities.
