CSGUK and University of Birmingham Library Services are hosting an event on Tuesday 25 May 13:30 - 15:00 on delivering front line enquiry services using chat.
There will be short presentations from the University of Surrey on setting up a chat service for the first time; Newcastle University's experiences of delivering the service during the pandemic; Gower College's plans for a chatbot; and a member of the Open University who also works for Springshare, providing a view from "the other side". The event will also include break out discussions for all delegates to share their experiences and "chat about chat".
