This course is aimed at intermediate and advanced users
This course will look at building extension databases for collecting additional information and assessment forms. After this course you will be able to build extension databases that can also include built in scoring/calculations.
You will need knowledge of records and the recording of cases/referrals/contacts. You will also need some knowledge of setting up projects.
The following steps will be covered
• Creating and building forms (feedback, etc.) and assessments.
• Integrating scoring into assessments with Excel templates.
• Placement of forms on records and referrals/cases.
• Reporting on extension databases.
