We are delighted to welcome Peter Spiegel, US editor of the Financial Times, to discuss his views on the state of media and politics in the age of global fragmentation.

What is the state of journalism today in the context of growing threats to press freedom and independence? What is the responsibility of media in countering disinformation, speaking truth to power and helping citizens trust and defend democratic institutions and traditions? How is the role of media being transformed in the context of global fragmentation and growing multipolarity? How is the role of the US changing in a transnational world where the old international order has broken down? How is the Russian invasion of Ukraine reshaping foreign policy, reporting and the relationship between politics and media?

Join us in a conversation with Peter Spiegel, US editor of the Financial Times on the state of media and politics in the age of global fragmentation.

All are welcome to attend. Please register, indicating if you will participate in presence or online.
