We use a range of tools to continuously monitor and review activities and individual children's progress.We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Business Support Officer to join our enthusiastic and committed staff team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a thriving village business and be involved in the administration and running of a charity and company registered early years setting. Although this is a part time role and offers great flexibility on working hours, the role is critical to the smooth running of pre-school and therefore it needs commitment, focus and a confident can-do attitude. Deputy Manager - West Hill Pre-School

We are looking for a kind and caring individual to join our team. Our busy and very popular Pre-School is open Monday to Friday during term time. We also run a successful after school club on Monday to Thursday from 3.15pm to 5.45 pm. You would be working under the supervision of our Pre-School manager to provide the highest quality early years provision for children of pre-school age. We provide outstanding standards of childcare and education by providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment to enable the emotional, social and educational development of children, through individual attention and group activities. We use a range of tools to continuously monitor and review activities and individual children's progress.To be successful in this role you will have a relevant level 3 or above childcare qualification, experience of working within a childcare setting and you will readily be able to show your energy aptitude and enthusiasm for this. You will also be committed to maintaining the highest standards in childcare and education, take a keen interest in every child's progress and ensure that the planning is interesting and exciting for the children who attend the setting.
