Purpose nº4 – Data collection and analysis by using cookies and similar technologies

 

  • Description of the purpose: collecting and analysing data by downloading and installing cookies (as well as similar data recovery technologies, suchs as pixels or web beacons) in the data subject’s browser and device.

In relation to the receipt of applications, this website may offer positions from Codere Online companies located in other countries. 

If the position for which the candidate applies is located in a country outside the European Union, a different Privacy Policy may apply, which will be attached to each job offer.

The personal data processed by SEJO as a result of the interactions through the Website come from the personal data provided by you through the forms made available by SEJO, as well as those provided through your interaction with the Website.

  • Professional data: company details, position held, academic and professional data.
  • Browsing data: domain and host from which you access the Internet, Internet address of the website from which you access the Website (for example, through a link), date and time you access the Website and time spent on it, IP address (Internet protocol), operating system of your computer and browser software.
  • Preference data: Preference data on the investment communications you want to receive.

  • Companies within Codere Online. In this regard, Codere Online companies are all those entities that are related because they share Codere Online Luxembourg, S.A. as their parent company for the purposes of article 42 of the Spanish Commercial Code and, specifically, the companies listed in the report of the last consolidated annual accounts of Codere Online Luxembourg, S.A.   • Public Administrations for the purposes of complying with the legal obligations of SEJO.

 

  • To third parties with whom SEJO maintains contractual relationships.

For the development of the purposes described above, SEJO may carry out international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area, especially with those providers that are necessary for the provision of its services. In such cases, SEJO will guarantee the security of such transfers by means of adequate guarantees, such as: (i) that the country of destination has been subject to an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission, (ii) Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission, (iii) Binding Corporate Rules, (iv) authorisation by a data protection authority and/or any others that legitimise according to the regulations in force the security of the transfer in accordance with the standards required by the European authorities.

  1. Data retention

Personal data will be kept during the relationship with SEJO or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, in those cases where the basis of legitimacy is the consent of the data subject.

In case of data processing carried out for the purpose of receiving applications, once the selection process is concluded, if the candidate is not hired, the personal data will be deleted, unless he/she/they gives his/her/their consent for his/her/their data to be kept for its processing in new selection processes of Codere Online companies. In case you give your consent, your data will be kept for a maximum period of one year.

Notwithstanding the above, if the candidate applies for a position offered by a Codere Online company located outside the European Union, a different retention period may apply.

Once the personal data has been deleted, it will be blocked so that it can only be made available to the authorities in case of information requirements and, once the legal periods of limitation of actions that may be applicable have elapsed, your personal data will be materially deleted.

 

  1. Rights regarding the processing of your data

SEJO informs you that you have the right to access your personal data and to obtain confirmation on how such data is being processed. Likewise, you have the right to request:

  • The rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, 
  • The erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected by SEJO.  
  • The restriction of the processing of your data, in which case SEJO will only keep them for the exercise or defence of possible claims. 
  • To object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose informed by SEJO. In this case, SEJO will cease to process your personal data, except for legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defence of possible claims. 
  • To portability and receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format for its transmission to another controller, without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data has been provided.
  •  Also, you can withdraw the consent given to the use of your personal data.

SEJO will provide you with the requested information within a maximum period of one month from the reception of the request. This period can be extended by two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and the number of requests. In any event, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection. However, in the first instance, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Officer of Codere Online, who shall resolve the complaint within a maximum period of two months.
