Guidelines for the digital poster

  1. Use a presentation software (such as PowerPoint). Ensure that the digital poster corresponds to one slide, in A0 size (portrait) and is in PDF format.
  2. The digital poster must include:
    1. the title where in the “Title” field you have also to enter the ID of your Poster in this format: “ID00 – Poster Title”. If, for instance, you are Donald Duck and your poster has title “This is my car”, and its number (please look on Conftool) is 313, then in the “Title field” you have to enter  “ID313- This is my car”,
    2. a short description of the research topic,
    3. the theoretical framework,
    4. the method,
    5. if possible, research results and implications based on the research results,
    6. and, of course, the full names of the authors and their affiliations, acknowledgments, grants and references if needed.
  3. Remember, that poster is a visual medium. We recommend using diagrams, tables, and pictures in posters.

Guidelines for the video

  • Maximum file size of 500 MB
  • The format of the file should be .mp4
  • Aspect ratio of 16:9 with minimum resolution of 720p (1280×720 pixels)

Please, save the video in this format with the same name as the poster.

Template for Papers and Poster Proposals
