Talk to someone

All students can access a free 24/7 confidential phoneline providing emotional or practical support from a trained advisor or counsellor, 365 days a year. Support is available in over 200 languages, simply let the helpline know that English isn't your first language, and the advisor will do the rest.

Call 0800 028 3766 to speak to an experienced advisor who will offer support and guidance in a friendly, non-judgemental manner. The counsellors on the helpline will triage and provide early interventions. You can take advantage of structured counselling or use the helpline to work through your current situation.
