Symbolising regeneration, rejuvenation, generosity, and light, Apricity is the Michelin Green Star restaurant from multi-award-winning chef owner Chantelle Nicholson and her team. We’re a group of thinkers, makers, and doers, rethinking the operation and ethos of a restaurant. Our aim is to not only meet acceptable levels of responsibility towards sustainability, but to work hard to find best practice and to share these learnings, building a community with purpose. We’re committed to moving towards a circular economy and whilst we know that there is no silver bullet, we are constantly redesigning and transitioning to improve.

Apricity is a low waste operation. We have consciously reconsidered everything we do from displaying the menu, how we wash the dishes and who supplies us. British produce is championed, to promote our wonderful makers, growers and farmers, and to ensure flavour is paramount, as well as reducing our outputs.

ABOUT CHANTELLE

​

We use sustainable produce at the height of season from small-scale farmers alongside locally foraged ingredients. All with a low-waste approach to cooking. 

​

We have a range of menus available, including a dedicated tasting menu celebrating British vegetables and featuring regeneratively farmed meat and sustainably caught fish from the British Isles. We offer an extensive list of low intervention wines from growers that care about soil and biodiversity while championing English vineyards and winemakers, alongside a selection of innovative low-waste cocktails.

Apricity is a restaurant that has been designed using a restorative design framework in keeping with the concept of a circular economy and offers a light-filled ground floor space with dual aspect windows. The ground floor provides the perfect backdrop to host exclusive celebrations, functions and business events for larger groups.

*Please note that we've adopted an 11pm curfew so the team finish before midnight and can safely take public transport home

ACCESSIBILITY
The main restaurant, including the bathroom, is wheelchair accessible. The street level entrance has a small step, so please make us aware at the time of booking and we will have our ramp prepared, and a suitable table assigned.
