Post-COVID 19 BC Unionized Construction Industry Human Resources Strategy

MNP LLP ("MNP), a national consulting and accounting firm, has been commissioned by the Construction Labour Relations Association to undertake a labour market study of the unionized construction sector in BC. The study will identify current and emerging workforce development challenges and opportunities to ensure the unionized construction sector can meet its human resource demands as construction activity resumes. The research collected as part of this study will inform the development of a comprehensive human resource strategy to address provincial labour market challenges.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. MNP will maintain the confidentiality of all collected information, with the results only being reported in a summary format.
