Digital certificates and diploma supplements are available for all students who graduated after June 2021, with the exception of students who are on a validated or franchised course. The digital certificate and diploma supplement are normally available within 1 month of the publication of final results. You can register to view your digital certificate and diploma supplement once your qualification has been conferred and you have received an email advising you that your certificate and diploma supplement is now ready to view. If you have not received an email within two months of the publication of your results please contact UniHelp.

All students who graduate from Middlesex University will automatically receive a diploma supplement on completion of their studies. This can be used to officially verify module results and final classifications.
The initial diploma supplement is free of charge and is posted out within two months of the publication of final results. The diploma supplement is posted with your certificate.
Diploma Supplements cannot be issued to students with outstanding debt to the University. If you have an outstanding debt please contact UniHelp.

Unless you indicate a specific certificate address, certificates are posted to the student's permanent home address registered on Unihub. It is your responsibility to ensure that the University has your most up-to-date address. If the address that we currently have for you is incorrect please update this on MyUnihub.

You can check when your certificate has been posted by logging into MyUnihub, under MyModules and Grades. If you have not received your certificate within three months of the posting date please contact Unihelp.

There is a £15 charge for an additional copy of a Diploma Supplement.
If you want to make a request for a printed copy of your Diploma Supplement to be sent to another educational institution please contact UniHelp. There is no charge for this service.

There is a charge of £65 for a replacement certificate. You are required to complete an application online to obtain a replacement certificate.

You can also use our SmartVerify portal to see whether a graduates certificate is valid. Simply scan the QR code that can be found on the top left-hand corner of the certificate.
