We had an excellent holiday all booked and handled expertly by Pippa Wilson. Even when one of our flights was cancelled, another flight was organised very quickly and it caused me no issues at all. Made the experience of going on holiday a lot less stressful knowing you had support if it was required for any changes such as this. Would highly recommend.

Travel counsellor Jane Sheffield came highly recommended to us. She sourced exactly what we asked for. Quote was slightly higher than other places had provided but am glad that we booked through Jane. She handled everything, kept in touch throughout, and made us feel confident that everything had been taken care of. Loved personal touch of delivering our travel documents by hand with a bottle of bubbly to celebrate with. She checked in with us whilst we were on our holiday to make sure everything was ok.
We had a great time and I will most definitely ask Jane to help plan any future trips...I know we will be in safe hands.

As a parent of a child with autism, I had specific concerns and requirements to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for my child. I thought that my journey to Nantes in France would be a nightmare with changing stations in Paris but it was simply perfect.I had time to make connections and even managed a meal in Paris on the way home. Claire Spicer supplied all the documents I needed and even managed to arrange a seat with more like minded souls even though I booked much later! My accommodation was very nice indeed and in an ideal position for exploring on foot. Will be using Claire Spicer at Travel Consultants again!

This is the third holiday that Claire arranged for us. The itinerary was perfect for a teen who wanted to eat street food in Bangkok, a mum who wanted to hike & hang out with elephants and a dad who wanted the beach.
I could rave about every aspect of the trip, but will stick to the highlights, which were where Claire jumped in & with zero notice arranged a change in hotel when an autistic family member decided that a tent with no a/c was an absolute impossibility. That help was gold dust. The review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the Sarojin in the South of Thailand, which Claire found for us. It is without doubt the new all time favourite hotel for our family and we will be going back as soon as possible, with Claire's help. Glorious setting, no kids under 10, the loveliest staff, amazing spa, best Thai food ever, gorgeous rooms and a range of brilliant experiences to choose from.

I’ve used Travel Counsellors since 2005 and would genuinely say that I wouldn’t book with any other agent. Nor would I book it myself on the internet. Sharron Whetherly gave a superb service and put together a bespoke package all wrapped up with an ATOL guarantee. She booked flights, transfers, accommodation and local experiences and, with us being ‘old school’ she personally delivered our travel pack with itinerary and vouchers for everything in chronological order. She’d checked us in to our flight, printed our boarding passes and even filled out our luggage tags! This really is a personal service that can’t be beaten. - Highly Recommended

I had a great experience working with Amelia Snare on my recent holiday to Malaysia. Initially she gave me options across 3 destinations and I chose Malaysia as it was on my bucket list. Amelia mapped out a 9 day itinerary which was ideal and so it was super easy to book. During the holiday I can honestly say I didn't encounter one single issue. Everything was just easy and simple. The TC App has everything you need and it's so well laid out.
I've already booked another trip to Singapore and South Korea. I can't wait!

I had a 'last minute' trip to Ireland that I needed to make. [too late for a good deal on a cheap flight.] It was after office hours and I found Michelle Wilson, a local travel counsellor to me. She was fantastic - she was 'on the case' straight away, in between sorting out something for another client. I felt in very safe and capable hands. Michelle knew everything including how to deal with a nervous and panicking new client [me!] I can't think she got any dinner that night, because she was spending all her time sorting me out! I can recommend her 100 per cent. I really did not know somebody could be so good, being used to either high street agents or doing things myself.

I used Travel Counselors (Adele) services for the first time when i booked a business trip to Dubai and India from 14th April to 23rd April 2024.
I was due to fly out of Dubai for Mumbai on 17/4/24 in the Emirates 9:55 pm flight. However, due to the issues with the rain, storm and water logging at DXB airport, check in counters did not open until midnight. Then at midnight Emirates informed us that all flights were cancelled till the following day 9 pm on 18/4.
I am so grateful to Adele Zaidi of Travel Councilors as she was with me throughout this time.
She immediately managed to reserve a seat for me on the next flights (when there were people at the airport waiting for 15 hours in queues to just book another flight without food, water or any other amenities), she immediately managed to get me a hotel room for 17/4 (when no one was getting any accommodation and had to sleep and stay at the airport for over 72 hours!), she stayed awake trying to reach Emirates to constantly get updates from Emirates and wastapped me my boarding pass for the next flights even at 4 am GMT!
Her service was over and beyond the norm and showed that she genuinely cares for her clients well being and comfort. Thanks Adele you were my rock during the turbulent Dubai storm and I will definitely be using only your services going forward.

We just returned from the most incredible magical holiday to DISNEY WORLD in Florida, and it was utterly amazing from start to finish. Zoe checked on us throughout the trip, at every milestone and came with our tickets neatly organised and printed and 2 personalised Disney presents. We could not have been more grateful for the special touch. The holiday itself was flawless. 5 nights in Animal Kingdom with a free upgrade to a Savannah View. 2 nights at Loewes Royal Pacific which was incredible with Express passes to Universal Studios. Then 7 nights in a villa on the Encore resort. Planned to perfection! Zoe came up with the itinerary idea and the hotels were her suggestions. I will definitely use her again, as we have done before!

Talk about putting the customer first, we've used Travel Counsellors several times now for some complicated holiday plans involving a disabled wheelchair user in one case, a personalised tour in two cases and more. So far everything has been perfect and the prices and process could not be better. In a day and age of rip off merchants it's so nice to work with someone who you can completely trust to take all your requirements and find or build exactly what you need. Could not recommend them more highly!
