Where do I begin? Buying our first home has been the single most stressful thing we have ever had to do, however I don’t think we would be collecting our keys without the help and support from Chelsea! :)
From the very first enquiry we made to completion, Chelsea has been absolutely brilliant, keeping us informed every step of the way with what is happening and also being there to answer the many questions we had as first time buyers.
No question was too big and she always ensured to provide perfect detail when we were asking the ins and outs of everything!

Our story is one of loss and rediscovery. When we got our first mortgage, we went with a different broker and didn't think much of Chelsea's services. However, she still reached out to us to discuss refinancing and we ultimately discovered that we could save a significant amount of money with her help. The process was also much less stressful than we anticipated. We highly recommend her services.

We have always contacted One Call for remortgaging. After coming to the end of a 5 yr fixed rate, I was so happy to be dealing with Rachel Lewins again. She is so professional, warm and knowledgeable. We secured a good rate in September however as the rates had dropped in the month we were due to complete, Rachel quickly secured us an even lower rate with another provider saving us even more money! Absolutely delighted! Have just signed up for them to manage all remortgage business for the lifetime of our mortgage. Would definitely recommend.

Rachel at One call is superb, other brokers said that the property couldn't be mortgaged for six months but Rachel made it happen. Professional and quick this takes the stress out right from the beginning. I would highly recommend using One Call Mortgage Hub as your broker.

We dealt with Rachel and Chelsea when applying for a mortgage. The service we got was top drawer and Rachel & Chelsea kept us informed every step of the way- we even had an offer withdrawn and Rachel calmly told us not to worry as she would find another - the upshot is she did find SKIPTON and we are now paying less than we did with Barclays

I got referred to mortgage hub via the home insurance i already had, even though my fixed term wasn't due to expire for 5 months. Rachel Lewins was most helpful in setting up a new fixed term and didn't protest at me increasing the borrowing 4 weeks later! Brilliant service & will be waiting for her call next time round.
