A neighbour who lives in the same duplex as the man accused of kidnapping Cleo Smith is moving out amid fears “angry” locals will destroy it once police give up their round-the-clock guard.

The neighbour has started packing up his two-bedroom, one-bathroom home next to where the four-year-old was found locked inside, just metres away on the other side of the wall.
