In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Intellectual Property (Dispute Resolution) Act 2019, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Intellectual Property (Dispute Resolution) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2021.

2. Sections 6, 10, 11, 22(a), 23, 24(a), 28 and 34 of the Intellectual Property (Dispute Resolution) Act 2019 come into operation on 1 October 2021.
