PLAN 75
Hoe behandelen we onze ouderen?

In this episode, we discuss the research done by Artevelde University on African diaspora entrepreneurs who currently live in Belgium on a partial or full-time basis but with a business activity in their home country. We researched the motivations, challenges, and opportunities these entrepreneurs face in setting up their businesses. We cannot forget that the environment in which these entrepreneurs operate, steering a business overseas from Belgium, entails some very different characteristics than the average entrepreneur. What are the implications of these differences for entrepreneurship, in terms of support needed, for instance? This is what we wanted to find out. Marie Gildemyn and Sarah De Smet are both researchers linked to his project.
