Ms. Ao Kong has nearly 20 years of experience in global strategy, international development, social investment, technology for peace and development, and public private partnerships. Currently, she is the Lead on private sector engagements and partnerships for the United Nations Resident Coordinator system that covers 162 countries and territories to coordinate UN development system support to Governments in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. She is also a 92Y Belfer Center Women in Power leadership Fellow. Previously, she was Chief of Resource Mobilization, Outreach and Strategic Communications at United Nations Technology Bank; and also held various leadership positions in ESG investing and biotech industry. Ms. Kong is a featured speaker and writer at global fora including Milken Global Conference, Harvard Business Review, World Economic Forum, IEEE, World Health Organization Bulletin, AI for Good, and awarded as “Pacific Delegate” by Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Relations. She also served on MIT Solve Annual Challenge Leadership and judge panel in the previous year.
