Barry 6th Form is a post-16 provider, run jointly across Pencoedtre and Whitmore High Schools


Collaboration allows us to offer a wide range of GCE A-Level and Level 3 Vocational qualifications


Joint provision brings together all of the English speaking Post-16 students within Barry into a single school learning environment

There are dedicated Sixth Form communal, study and ICT areas on both school sites


Both the Whitmore High School new-build and the Pencoedtre High School new-build are now fully open and accepting Post-16 student applications for September 2024

All subjects are offered provisionally and require a viable number of students in order to run


Once all initial application forms have been processed, subjects will then be placed into columns. If there are any subject combination clashes, we will be in touch over the coming weeks.
