Stay warm and cosy during the cooler months with our double 9 tog Hungarian goose down duvet. Comes with clever extra side walls in each of the multiple small pockets to fit in all our lovely down and keep it airy and fluffy. Trickier to make but worth it!

Natural materials

90% Hungarian goose down with 10% small white goose feather to add a little weight is what makes our double goose down duvet so comfortable. Perfectly encased in 300 thread count, 100% Supersoft sateen cotton with a special tight weave to make it down and dust mite proof. Bliss!

Clever construction

Multiple small pockets trap the down to ensure an even spread. Our 9 tog duvet pockets also have clever extra side walls which are trickier to make but give the down more space, creating extra fluffiness and increasing breathability. Every duvet is double stitched for robust durability.

Seasonal comfort

Snuggle up in the cloud-like comfort and cosiness of our 9 tog double size duvet. An autumn / spring duvet that can also be used throughout the winter months or easily joined to another tog duvet if you need more warmth.

Anti-allergy reassurance

Our down is pre-washed in only thermal spring water and no chemical nasties are used in our production. Certified toxin free by the Oeko-Tex 100 Standard. Suitable for house dust mite allergy sufferers, with Nomite approval.

Shake your duvet after opening and then daily to keep the down fluffy and airy, and insulating at its best. Pull back your covers each morning to allow your duvet to breathe. Wash at 40° every 6-12 months and line or tumble dry thoroughly. Love your duvet and it will love you.

Far too warm

I should have been more thorough when purchasing but this duvet, although great quality is far too warm for any season apart from winter. Obviously, this is personal opinion but I am disappointed, It feels like a 4.5 tog.

The best

So I bought originally 4.5 tog for the white company thinking you know known brand name and trust, but it was 600 full power and was kinda light. I have previously bought a 2.5 Hungarian goose from scooms, for the summer. The white company doesn’t allow you to return duvets by the way … anyway so I read that scooms has 700 fill power I thought it might be just a bit more weighted which is exactly what I needed. Why all this plays into the review. Well with the light one from TWC, I’d get night sweats, the new one from scooms I got I have had a single night sweat since. So I honestly would always recommend scooms over the TWC & they are cheaper as well

Best thing I’ve bought this year!

Soft, light, gloriously warm and does not trigger my asthma at all. I now feel like a guest in a luxury hotel every night. Love everything about it - with the possible exception of the plastic tags which fix the two bits together, and do occasionally break or come apart inside the duvet cover! (Two buttons sewn back to back make a perfect replacement!) Still a five star product!
