Live online learning event

Best suited for those administrating medication but open to non registered healthcare professionals who have an interest in pharmacological aspects.

Learning Objectives:

  • To recognise and apply the principles of pain management to patients receiving palliative care.
  • To understand the role, rationale of meds and possible side effects.
  • To consider non-pharmacological strategies to manage pain.
  • This workshop links to another on pain assessment.

Cost:

FREE to those working in the Rowcroft catchment area of Torbay & South Devon

Rowcroft is a charity that provides palliative care in South Devon. We expect non-local attendees to donate at least £10 per applicant for this learning event to help support our work.

Places are limited and priority will be given to those working in the Rowcroft/Torbay & South Devon locality. We restrict places to three per workplace.
