Love this podcast

Gloria, I love your podcast. The episode on mental health was particularly insightful.
My hike this morning turned into a series of light bulb moments. Thank you! So many wonderful takeaways. Personally, the "strong woman" narrative we keep telling ourselves really resonates for me. There aren't enough tools and strategies to identify how it plays out and how to prevent it. It creeped up on me just last week with some alarming personal responses to simple daily struggles. I was shocked at my own responses. "Turning off" - not just digitally but professionally and personally, seems impossible as a single parent. More on this issue please.
Loved your guests!
