LG RESU Monitor

so many things wrong with it I don't know where to start. On a Google Pixel Android, the QR code scanning steps are clunky and barely work. Then when the app tells you to connect to the temporary WiFi network from the battery, it launches your wifi settings but after you select the SSID and enter pwd, it just stays on that screen and no way to get back to app. Even exiting/closing WiFi settings and relaunching app doesn't work. Figured out I needed to connect outside the app to get it to work.

Orrible experience. As a home owner, everytime I try to scan the battery qr keeps crashing. Using the web interface, it says that the part number does not correspond to a product. Very bad from LG

Terrible App ... keeps crashing ... keeps giving "Invalid QR Code" even though the QR Code scanned OK for the system's Installer. Service from LG is HORRIBLE ! NO UK phone number ??? !!! My Installer has great difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone ... he's been trying for 3 months now to get my 2nd RESU 16H battery working, but no real help from LG. Wish I'd never chosen LG for my Battery Supplier !
