By registering through Galerija application, you automatically receive the status of a bronze member of the loyalty program. With every purchase in Galerija, by scanning the receipt, you gain points and progress further up the membership levels - up to silver and gold. With each new level you can expect even greater benefits. Turn points collected by scanning receipts into cash vouchers and use them to reduce your next bill at more than 120 stores, restaurants, the cinema or entertainment center.
PRIZES
"Scratch" the digital coupon that appears on your mobile phone screen as soon as you enter Galerija and open the app. Use the offers and discounts immediately or save them in the "Coupons" section and use them on your next visit.
Silver and Gold members receive a monthly reward every month. These can be, among other things, lunch for two, movie tickets, free ice cream or a brand product.

The app is very bad. After passing the silver level, all my points were deleted at once and the app no longer works. When I called to check, they said I had to come to them during business hours on working days from Monday till Frit until 5 pm so they could try to fix the problem. And I know so many people with the same situation. Embarrassing!

For a couple of months the Parking part of the app doesn't work. When you try to use it, you get error message "Something went wrong. Do you want to restart application?". If you restart it and try again, the same happens. I tried with reinstallation, it didn't help. I tried the app on different phones (Xiaomi and Samsung) and I get the same error on both. As I can see, this error is already reported several times by other users in the reviews.

After using my earned points, store was not able to locate it, so I was not able to use discount, but those were removed from my account like I did. When I reached Help Desk in Galerija, nice girl gave me the email adress for complaints, and told me they would return my points. After a while, the support really had returned to me unused points. All in all, application is ok if it works, but there is a time when it shows as unresponsive, like there is some error.
