Change without begins within.As we entered timeout in early 2020, I left what was once a dream job in tech to expand my work developing the responsible and co-creative leaders and teams so desperately needed in the world.


Why?

Our way of working is backwards.

If we wish to evolve collectively toward a more life-affirming future, we must address the lack of humanity in the way we work.That begins with returning to our authentic selves.By learning to be present to our place and relationship within our ecosystem we show up with alignment and aliveness, ease and joy, beauty and genius.The games and illusions fall away.And what's left is space for creation.


Remember...

Our collective experiences are reflections of our inner worlds.

Regenerative, life-affirming change emerges through deepening the quality of our own presence... learning to listen, discern, and act from center.The dynamics we identify 'out there' in the world in need of healing are signposts we follow to the separation within to be healed.In this whole-human expression of leadership, we start with ourselves -- in our own, internal landscape -- to create change in our outer, collective landscape.We go in, then out... Back in, and back out... creating hand-in-hand with the reality of our world, rather than building on top of it to our own specifications.We connect with all of our humanity and bring it all into our work in the world.Inner work for outer impact.
