At the top of this page you will see a “LOG IN” link. This is where you create your own master account. By creating a master account you will be able to place orders and register to make orders for specific events or for your own event/use. Once you have registered, it will appear under “My Events.”
No. Not if you’re simply looking for information about your event. However, when it’s time to order you will need to create a log-on account and register for an event. When registering, you will be asked to enter in a company name and a venue and, where applicable a booth or room number so that we can link to your company on record. Once linked, you will be able to edit and update your specific profile.
You can access your Order Confirmation by clicking the “Download and view your order details” button on the Order Confirmation page. Plus, we will send you an email confirmation to the email address on your profile. We suggest you print out a hard copy for your records. You can also check the status of your order by logging onto your OmniShop account and reviewing your order history.
Your order will be complete OmniShop processes your order. When we receive your order form we will check to make sure all details are correct and items are available. We will issue you with an invoice that will include multiple mayment methods. You may pay online on the site or via wire transfer/electronic funds transfer. You must then upload a copy of the payment confirmation. We will send you a final confirmation email and confirmation number showing that your order is complete and items booked. Any order that does not have a confirmation number will be deemed to be incomplete and you may not be able to get your items when you arrive. Please note: if OmniShop does not receive your payment confirmation, the products and services you ordered will not be delivered.
You can pay by wire transfer, by electronic funds transfer, by Paypal, or via credit card online. Information on how to do this will be included with your invoice once it is sent. With special pre-arrangement, companies with a Kenya based bank account can pay using a bankers check. Please email us to inform us that you wish to make such an arrangement. Please note: until OmniShop receives your check and funds are processed, the products and services you ordered will not be delivered.
Your card will be charged as soon as OmniShop receives and processes your order. When completing your payment, make sure to only click the confirmation button just once.

Once you have confirmed your order with us the only way you can make changes is to give the contact us by email or telephone, and they will be able to assist you.
Yes, as long as you are logged into the event and your details are saved. If you are logged in and registered for the event, your order will automatically be saved onto our server. When you come back, you can pick up where you left off.
