  • Listen to music often Pop on your favourite track and let the rhythm guide you
  • Eat better To create a healthy body and mind, our food must be nourishing. By fuelling your body with healthy foods you will feel more rested, energised and able to tackle the day ahead
  • Move your body Engage in daily exercise, regular exercise offers incredible benefits for your body and mind. Not only does exercise keep the body young, but it also keeps the mind vital and promotes emotional wellbeing

  • Be kind This includes being kind to yourself! Show yourself some love and compassion, treat yourself as you would a friend feeling the same way
  • Laugh often We have all heard the saying ‘laughter is the best medicine’, laughing reduces stress hormones; helping you to sleep better and have more energy. Laughing also triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural pain killers
  • Be calm Create a calming ritual to help you to naturally build self-care into your day. Enjoy a few moments to yourself every day, take pleasure out of the little things and take the world in
