Texting or reading stuff on iphones is a major factor.  Yesterday I was stopped in front of a young woman at a traffic light and noticed she was looking down at her phone a great amount of time.  After the light change, we both entered I-25.  Fortunately, I was in front of her on the freeway, but noticed via the mirror that she was still looking down.  This was on I-25!  Nothing can be so important as driving safely in heavy traffic.

I think that happens over and over.  I see people walking on the sidewalk along Central while reading or texting, oblivious to anyone else walking toward them.

I don’t understand why people violate the road signs/lights.
