New date for online pop-up about our LLME Programmes!
Missed our online pop-up in February? No problem! We are running a 2nd online pop up session on Tuesday 12th March at 3.45 for anyone who would like to find out more about the LLME Programmes and ask questions. Five Big Ideas in Teaching for Mastery
Variation
Last month we shared an article from the NCETM with Dr Debbie Morgan explaining why variation is one of the most powerful ideas in the teaching of maths. This month the NCETM have published a video which summarises Debbie's top tips for using variation. We have shared this video below. Keep an eye out there will be more coming from the NCETM on this series explaining the The Five Big Ideas.

The NCETM Maths Podcast- Understanding Dsycalculia
In the latest episode they speak to Cat Eadle, a teacher, dyscalculia specialist and co-founder of the Dsycalculia Network. They explore what dyscalculia is, how it differs from other maths difficulties, and how teachers can facilitate an early diagnosis.

Did you hear that Series 6 started on the 4th March? Episode 5, Ten in the bed, features a nursery rhyme, a trip into space and a Ten frame! Could you use these in your Maths lessons this term?
