Need to cancel your place on an activity?

Where possible, please give as much notice as you can if you can’t attend any activities and only cancel a booking for good reason.

We want to make sure that every space on our activities is used so families receive the full benefit of all meet-ups. Repeated short-notice cancellations from the same family may mean that we are no longer able to offer them a space on bookable activities.
As a result of requests from our families we are pleased to announce that we have created an online calendar to show the dates for our #meetups in advance. This can be accessed on our website: https://www.proud2bparents.co.uk/calendar
We're pleased to continue our partnership with Queer Lit whereby anything bought through a special link on their online store will result in a 10% kickback donation to Proud 2 b Parents.
